Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BitFitness application (“BitFitness”, “App”) and related website and services provided by us.

If you download BitFitness from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”) applies to your license of the App. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of the Apple Standard EULA and may enforce it against you.

By downloading, installing, or using BitFitness, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

BitFitness is provided for personal, non-commercial fitness use.

You agree not to:

  • misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the App;

  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or circumvent security features of the App;

  • use the App for unlawful purposes.

2. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

BitFitness provides general fitness and wellness guidance only.

The App does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying an exercise program.

You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and any workouts performed.

3. Device and System Requirements

BitFitness requires a compatible Apple Watch, supported watchOS, and (where applicable) a compatible iPhone and iOS version.

Certain features depend on device sensors and permissions you grant, including access to Apple Health (HealthKit).

4. Subscriptions and Billing (Apple In-App Purchase)

BitFitness may be offered through an auto-renewable subscription purchased via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Free Trial

If offered, a free trial (for example, 7 days) may be available to eligible users as determined by Apple. Trial eligibility is controlled by Apple.

Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews, and your Apple ID account will be charged the applicable subscription price.

Billing and Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect or store your full payment information.

Managing and Cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices may vary by country or region and may change over time. Applicable taxes may apply. Pricing and changes are presented in the App Store and governed by Apple’s policies.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.

Restoring Purchases

If supported, you may restore prior purchases using the “Restore Purchases” function within the App.

5. No User Accounts

BitFitness does not require creating a separate BitFitness account. Some functionality depends on Apple system services, including subscription status and Health permissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, designs, and content related to BitFitness are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law or the Apple Standard EULA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitFitness is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • injuries or health issues resulting from workouts performed;

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • data loss or service interruptions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in such cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using BitFitness at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any subscription through Apple.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
