You can update these settings at any time, and app will automatically adapt your goals and recommendations accordingly.
The Intensity of Your Training Matters
When you train, your body uses physical resources. Training at too high an intensity for extended periods may reduce your ability to recover and can make future training less effective.
App tracks and analyzes the intensity of your workouts using Apple Watch data. Each workout is summarized into one of four simple intensity levels: Low, OK, High, or Max.
Your training history is taken into account when shaping future training guidance. Recent workload and intensity patterns help app adjust recommendations over time.
Consistent training with app enables automatic monitoring of training intensity and provides personalized, data-driven guidance tailored to your current condition.

Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep to help app understand how well your body recovers overnight.
Each night, app analyzes your sleep using data provided by Apple Watch and Apple Health. Based on this data, your sleep quality is classified into one of four statuses: Bad, Low, Normal, or Great.
Your daily training recommendations are then automatically adjusted according to your sleep quality. This helps manage training intensity, support recovery, and promote sustainable progress over time.
All analysis is performed automatically. There is no manual input required — simply wear your Apple Watch during sleep.
Active Calories That Shape Your Training
App focuses on Move and Workout calories, as these have the greatest impact on how your body experiences training load.
Workout calories are counted only during guided BitFit training sessions. A maximum of two guided workouts per day are included.
Move calories reflect your everyday activity and include all movement throughout the day.
Your total active calories are calculated daily and used to adapt future training recommendations, helping keep training balanced and sustainable over time.

Track Your Rewards
After training, recognizing progress is important.
App summarizes your overall training cycle by taking into account sleep quality and total active calories. This combined view helps ensure that training and recovery stay balanced over time.
Based on this summary, app calculates rewards in the form of BFCOINs — an abstract, in-app metric designed to reflect consistency and overall progress.
You can easily follow your progress using BFCOINs, which provide a simple and transparent way to see how your daily habits add up over time.
To encourage consistency, periods of inactivity are also considered. If training is missed for three consecutive days, a small penalty may be applied and part of the accumulated BFCOINs can be reduced.
