    All calculations are performed on your device.

  • Yes. BitFitness is designed specifically for Apple Watch. The watch is required to collect activity data and to display training guidance during workouts.

  • An iPhone is required for initial setup and Apple Watch pairing. Daily training guidance and workouts run directly on the Apple Watch.

  • BitFitness is free to download and most features are available for free. To unlock daily training recommendations, you’ll need an active monthly subscription.

  • No. All data is processed and stored locally on your device. BitFitness does not use external servers, cloud storage, or user accounts.

  • BitFitness requires permission to read certain Apple Health and Apple Watch data, such as:

    • Activity and workouts

    • Heart rate

    • Sleep and recovery signals

    These permissions are required to generate personalized training guidance.

  • Yes. You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings under Health → Data Access & Devices → BitFitness.

  • If required data is unavailable, BitFitness may temporarily show a “Waiting for sleep report” message or provide a simplified recommendation until enough data becomes available.

  • No. BitFitness workouts are designed to be completed at home or outdoors and do not require special equipment or gym access.

  • Open BitFitness on your Apple Watch, select one of the daily training recommendations, and follow the on-screen and on-wrist guidance during the workout.

  • Yes. You can pause or end workouts directly on your Apple Watch at any time.

  • BitFitness provides general fitness and wellness guidance only and is not a medical app. Always listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise routine.

  • BitFitness is optimized for Apple Watch and uses standard Health and workout APIs. Battery usage depends on workout length, heart rate monitoring, and device model.

  • Make sure your iPhone is powered on, close to your Apple Watch, and Bluetooth is enabled. Then toggle Airplane Mode (on, then off) on either device and try again. Finally, open the BitFitness iPhone app and tap Sync in the top-left corner of the Dashboard.

  • No. BFCOINs are not a currency and can’t be used for payments. They’re an in-app progress score that helps visualize your activity and converts into daily medal statuses.

  • After your purchase completes on the iPhone, the Apple Watch may need a moment to refresh your subscription status.

    1. Restart your Apple Watch.

    2. Keep the watch close to your iPhone with Bluetooth on.

    3. Open BitFit on the watch again.

    After the restart and sync, the blue Subscribe button should disappear and all features will be unlocked.
